Nutrition, movement, sleep, and our environment play a powerful role in our overall health. The encouraging news is that these are areas where we can make meaningful changes ourselves. We are currently developing a program designed to support optimal health and help prevent illness. 

Yin yoga gently strengthens and stretches the connective tissues and joints, and is suitable for all levels. During the retreats, yin yoga is an essential part of the program and is combined with mindfulness techniques to create deep relaxation, awareness, and balance.
